Flannel Wraps with Crochet Edging :)

 

These are the wraps I mentioned earlier this month, I use a skip stitch cutter to pre cut the holes, then I use a 3.5mm hook to sc threw holes. Then you can use any stitch you like to create pretty boarders, I just use 8ply (more affordable) and it makes up nicely.

The flower granny square tutorial on youtube with Claire from Bobwilson123, she is one of my favorite teachers online. I will be making a page with my fav peeps that have taught me alot thru the years. Plus it is nice company listening to the tutorials while I am home bound. 



March is crochet edging month :)

Hello :)

 

Wow how time flies, I have been getting some crocheting done while I have been unwell, this month I want to learn more about adding pages and links to my Blog.

 

I am looking forward to adding free patterns for you to use for some of the items I make. I have had a request from a kind lady wanting to donate yarn for me to help out, so i will find out how other bloggers set that up and add to my page.

 

If you have a free pattern that would be suitable for Angel Babies that you can share plse email. I would be so grateful.

 

This month I have a pile of 50cm flanel squares I will be crocheting a white 8ply edging around, this should keep me busy for awhile. Once there done I will post a picture.

Unique Stitch Cocoon Set

I made this set for my cousins baby girl due later this year.

Pretty dark pink with matching beanie & bonnet.

I watched a tutorial on Youtube to make a beanie & thought that would look pretty cute as a cocoon, so i just made it bigger & here it is. Later on I will write up a free pattern for this.
